The Clayton County Police Department is hosting its Citizen’s Police Academy VIRTUALLY! We would love for you to attend this free 10-week course that is designed to allow citizens the opportunity to gain firsthand knowledge of police responsibility.
The Citizen’s Police Academy is from 6:30 pm-7:30 pm each Monday (Via Zoom) beginning on March 29, 2021, and will run until June 7, 2021 (No class on May 31st in observance of Memorial Day).
Here are a few requirements:
1. The course is offered to Clayton County residents, as well as those who work or attend college in the county
2. The participant must be 18 years of age or older to attend
3. You cannot have a felony conviction on your record
4. Each participant must complete a background packet
