The Clayton County Police Department Narcotics Division has a long history of narcotics enforcement that began in the late 60's and early 70's. The Narcotics Division was created to combat the influx of illegal drugs being used, sold, transported and stored in and around Clayton County. This proud tradition continues today.

The Narcotics Division is under the direction of Deputy Chief Alan Holloway and is commanded by Major Don Colburn.

The Narcotics Division also consists of a Lieutenant, two Sergeants, sixteen investigators and three principal secretaries.

The Clayton County Narcotics Division investigates illegal narcotic activity, illegal vice activity and illegal gang activity on a federal, state, county, and city level. The Clayton County Narcotics Division is proud to be partnered with the cities located in Clayton County.
